They are posted in alphabetical order, along with the author and a small description of what is taught. Just click on a category, and then on one of the links below to view the tutorial.

Our Tutorial Title pages are designed to be as self-explanatory as possible, but this is difficult within the limited space, so this introduction page includes a brief synopsis of each of the mods in the category.
Fate Formulae
This is an in-depth look at the formulae that drive Fate. Octgaon has included a downloadable spreadsheet that can be used to plan your character, compare items, compare pet items, pick the best summoned monsters, and much more. Includes a kind of “Guided Tour” of using the spreadsheet as well as the full text of the tutorial document from which Octagon created the spreadsheet ( or vice versa ). Anyway, this one has something for everyone!
File Paths
For Windows XP users, this is a little tour of Fate versions and how the file paths differ from version to version. Chances are good it’ll help you find your saved games or art files.
Manual Mod Installation
For those who don’t want or can’t use the Mod Manager for any reason, there is help, and it’s Apricottwist’s tutorial on manual mod installation. This excellent PDF document walks you through the entire process ensuring that you learn as you go.
Re-Setting the Game Clock
A short tutorial that takes you step-by-step through using a hex editor to re-set your “Time Played” game clock. This is a known issue work-around. The game clock stops moving correctly at about 72 hours played causing a number of issues which include: delayed dungeon level re-spawns, difficulties getting quests for your current level, and level loading lock-ups.
Retiring and the Heirloom
This is an informative little piece that covers the very frequently asked question: “After I finish the Main Quest, then what are my options.” Turns out there are a few, and this tutorial will explain them to you.
